Gorilla Recruiting & HiringInstructed by Joe Mullings
You say “your people are your number one asset”, true! But do you really know how to get them to your company? Most of the time your hiring strategy is “post & pray” and that is not effective because A-Players are not answering job postings as they are busy with their heads down solving problems. Or you hit your network, and that is fine, but that is usually a shallow pool and you have just limited your search to people you know.
You can pay a search firm, but do you really have $40k to spend on a role given all of your other requirements?Successful hiring is a Hum-Sing-Shout strategy and if you commit to 3 hours a week, you can keep your pipeline healthy and bring on force multipliers to your team. Joe Mullings is the Chairman & CEO of the Mullings Group Companies and has been featured in Forbes, CNBC, Business Insider, Yahoo Finance, NY Post, and Monster. Joe is also the host of the TrueFuture TV series. |
