Moonshot Digital Millenium Copyright Policy

Moonshot takes the intellectual property rights of others seriously. The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) establishes a process for addressing claims of copyright infringement. It is Moonshot’s policy to respect the legitimate rights of copyrights owners. Users of any part of the Moonshot’s website, apps, and services (collectively, “Services”) are required to respect the legal protections provided by applicable copyright law.

3. TAKEDOWN PROCEDURE
If Moonshot is notified of claimed copyright infringement, or otherwise becomes aware of facts and circumstances from which infringement is apparent, we will respond expeditiously by removing, or disabling access to, the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity. We will comply with the appropriate provisions of the DMCA in the event a counter-notification is received by our designated agent.
4. REPEAT INFRINGERS
Under appropriate circumstances, Moonshot may, in our discretion, terminate access or authorization of users of our Services who are repeat infringers.
5. ACCOMMODATION OF STANDARD TECHNICAL MEASURES
It is our policy to accommodate and not interfere with standard technical measures we determine are reasonable under the circumstances, in other words, technical measures that are used by copyright owners to identify or protect copyrighted works.

- The following statement: “The information in this notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.”
- An electronic or physical signature of the owner of the copyright or a person authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
