Friday - November 12th
9AM-12PM - Business Bootcamp - free workshop by Christina Ching - Open to all participants and the public
3-4PM - Get Funding Through Federal Grants - free workshop by Jill Howard Allen - Open to all participants and the public
4-5PM - Sustainable Entrepreneurship: Building Better Businesses - free workshop by Hanna Layton - Open to all participants & the public
5-7:30PM - VIP Reception – Wine, beer, sodas and water to be served. (Participants will sign up for specific timeframes/waves during the VIP Reception)
Saturday - November 13th
AM Participants
8:30AM - Opening remarks, introductions, etc. for the First Wave of approximately 4 applicants. Participants will each spend 15 minutes in each mentor/coach room for pitch practice, questions and feedback. After the first group of applicants goes through several rounds of mentorship and practice, they will have the option of moving to the incubator building (or another room within the accelerator) to work on their pitch before, during and after lunch. First Wave participants may attend either the 11am or 1pm workshop led by Christina Ching.
10:30AM Opening remarks and introductions for the Second Wave of approximately 4 applicants. Participants will each spend 15 minutes in each mentor/coach room for pitch practice, questions and feedback. After the applicants go through several rounds, they will have the option of moving to the incubator building (or another room within the accelerator) to work on their pitch. The free workshop for the second wave of applicants will begin at 1:00pm. Please feel free to grab lunch before the free workshop begins.
11AM - 1PM - Food truck Lunch – Sugar Skull Rolling Café - Vouchers will be given to all participants.
11-11:45AM Find and Focus on Your Why - free workshop with Christina Ching for participants in the first or third wave as well as open to the public. Click the link to sign-up.
12:15-1PM- Official lunch break for staff/mentors/coaches

NOTE: Participants in the third wave are welcome to attend the 11am-11:45am workshop prior to lunch and your afternoon pitch practice.

2:15PM - Take a break for participants to finalize their pitches. Pitch line-up will be handed out.
3PM-6PM – PITCH FINALS FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS
By 7PM - Winners will be announced in-person and/or via email
